Friends! I’ll try to elucidate a clear definition for the title with a simple example. You would’ve experienced a ‘gang’ of butterflies fluttering and diving ,ruffling and riffling inside your tummy when you are asked to deliver a speech on stage.This period of toastmastering doesn’t teach you to remove butterflies but instead teaches the butterflies to fly in formation –making you feel comfortable. Most of us dread public speaking because the fear that our public image might be propelled to face lurch. The fraternity of toastmasters feeds you the faith –to believe in yourself and makes the fear to starve to death .
